I joined Haile Ambassadors to make connectons and relationshlps wlth professors and students.

Which skills are you expecting to sharpen?
I am expecting to sharpen my communication skills, especially adapting how I communicate with different people, along with improving my active listening, questioning techniques, and relationship-building skills. I also want to improve my problem-solving and needs analysis skills so I can better understand what others need and respond in a way that adds real value.

How do you think it will benefit you in the future?
I think this experience will benefit me in the future by helping me become more confident in how I communicate and work with others. It will strengthen my ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understand different perspectives, which are important skills in any professional setting. Overall, it will better prepare me to build strong relationships, adapt to new situations, and add value in my future career.

Why did you join Haile Ambassadors?
I wanted to become a Haile Ambassador because I want to help people in any way I can by talking about my personal experiences and meeting new people to learn about their lives. There are many events I can sign up for to guide others and also network, which makes me excited to be part of the Haile Ambassadors.

Which skills are you expecting to sharpen?
I am excited to strengthen my people skills by using my critical thinking skills when talking to others and improving my active listening skills so I can truly get to know the people around me.

How do you think it will benefit you in the future?
I think I will meet people who become significant in my life and also be introduced to many incredible opportunities.

As a Haile Ambassador for the College of Business, I see my role as an opportunity to be the face of the college and share the fantastic things it offers. It’s about connecting with amazing people, taking part in meaningful activities such as workshops and recruitment events, and sharing the outstanding accomplishments of our college. I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience from the Haile College of Business, and I am excited to express my appreciation as a student. As a Haile Ambassador, it’s not just about how I can help the college—it’s about how the college has helped me in my educational journey, and I’m excited to share that passion with others.

This program is a life-changing experience that allows me to expand my network and build meaningful connections. Through engaging with a wide range of individuals—including classmates, faculty, prospective students, and their parents—I hope to grow my communication skills and effectively articulate my ideas in an engaging manner. These interactions have not only enhanced my public speaking abilities but have also strengthened my confidence. Through this program, I will not only broaden my perspective but also develop valuable skills that will undoubtedly serve me well in both my academic endeavors and future professional pursuits.

I joined Haile Ambassadors to become more involved on campus and more connected within the Haile College of Business. I wanted to represent the college, meet other motivated students, and gain exposure to opportunities that would help me grow both academically and professionally.

I think this experience will benefit me in the future by helping me build meaningful connections, gain confidence in professional settings, and better prepare me for internships and career opportunities.

As a student looking for direction and connection early in my college experience, joining Haile Ambassadors became a defining step in my growth. Through this experience, I was able to build strong connections within the Haile College of Business and the broader business community, which ultimately helped lead me to my first internship at Western & Southern Financial Group.

This experience allowed me to gain confidence in professional settings, strengthen my communication skills, and engage directly with faculty, employers, and peers. It also gave me the opportunity to give back by assisting with mock interviews, supporting professional development activities, and interacting with incoming and prospective students.

Helping students navigate questions about NKU, business majors, and campus involvement has been incredibly rewarding and has reinforced my desire to support others as they begin their own academic and professional journeys.

I joined the Haile Ambassadors because I wanted to actively represent the Haile College of Business and connect with prospective students. It’s a unique opportunity to make an impact and help others as they make important decisions about their education, while also growing personally and professionally.

Which skills are you expecting to sharpen?
I’m looking forward to sharpening my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills through participating in events and working closely with other ambassadors. I’m also excited to strengthen my networking skills, especially in recruitment settings. As a marketing major, understanding how to engage with different audiences and effectively convey key messages is essential.

How do you think it will benefit you in the future?
This experience will benefit me by giving me hands-on practice in relationship-building and marketing—two critical areas in my field. By learning how to represent the college and connect with others, I’ll be better prepared for roles where I need to engage audiences, build connections, and promote ideas or brands. These skills will be key in my future marketing career.

I joined Haile Ambassadors to further develop my networking skills, which will help me in my future career. Additionally, I wanted to continue sharing all the wonderful professional and academic opportunities the College of Business has to offer.

In the future, I hope to look back on this opportunity as a Haile Ambassador and know that it helped lead me to where I am by allowing me to start impactful conversations, lead discussions, and become a better active listener.

I joined Haile Ambassadors because I wanted to be more engaged within the College of Business while also representing NKU in a meaningful way. I' m passionate about leadership, networking, and service, and I knew this organization would give me the chance to grow in all those areas while connecting with students, faculty, and alumni.

Which skills are you expecting to sharpen?
I' m especially focused on improving my public speaking and overall communication skills. I believe that being able to speak with confidence in front of peers, professionals, and larger audiences will strengthen my presence as a student leader and prepare me for my future career in business management.

How do you think it will benefit you in the future?
Being a Haile Ambassador will help me develop professional skills that extend far beyond the classroom. The opportunities to network, represent the College of Business, and practice leadership will not only help me succeed in my future career but also give me the tools to inspire and support others. This experience will be a strong foundation as I pursue opportunities in HR, operations, and project management.

I joined Haile Ambassadors because I wanted to be more involved in representing the Haile College of Business and supporting student recruitment and retention efforts. I enjoy interacting with prospective and current students, and I see this organization as a meaningful way to give back to the college while serving as a positive and professional representative.

I am looking forward to strengthening my time management and organizational skills through event-based responsibilities.
