Haile Ambassador of the Month

Lexi Lona, Haile College Ambassador

Haile Ambassador: Lexi Lona

What does being a Haile Ambassador mean to you?

Becoming a Haile Ambassador has helped me with networking and creating great connections with faculty, students, and other community members. Helping others is a primary life goal, and being part of this organization has helped me actively pursue it.

How has being a Haile Ambassador benefitted you?

Being a Haile Ambassador helped me by connecting me to hiring managers and talent acquisition members of companies. This helped me with mentorship as well as the advice I needed to know that that is the career area I too would love to be part of.

What advice would you give students in the Haile College of Business who might be interested in becoming a Haile Ambassador?

DO IT! This is a program that is overall super supportive for your career growth as well as your personal growth. You get what you put into it, the more you participate the better it will improve your soft and hard skills needed to be successful in your future careers. The requirements are only three events for the semester to be a Haile Ambassador, there are so many of them to help at too. If you see me on campus and want to learn more, please ask!
